9. What I Have Learned From Loving You…
To che or to all who would be reading this (if there are any from my fb friends =P )….
I have to warn you that the texts contained here may sound oh-so-corny… as you guys would have probably been thinking all along from the posts che and i have been doing in fb.. We beg your pardon.. it’s just that we have to bear the distance and us, being all so mushy about it is… i know, well, sickening for some hehe…
Being in a relationship for 6 years have taught me a lot.. I would say that the following have helped me be a better person that i believe, somehow, I am now..
Loving a person means loving everything about him.. You don’t go into a relationship just because he is caring, sweet, loving.. but you also stay into the relationship even if there are issues you have to resolve.. even if he’s a bit stubborn or if there are things that you do not specifically like about him…. Somehow, we have managed to accept and love each other despite any of our shortcomings… You can never really change the person, but it takes quite a lot for both of you to adjust because you love each other…
Relationships need not be perfect .. there is actually none that is… What is more important is you both recognize that above the imperfections, you can be perfect for each other..
When you love a person, you also love the people he loves… Thank you for loving my family.. I also love your family as my own…
I am thankful of how you would constantly remind me to always put God in the center of our relationship… We may not have survived this far without him… and us being grounded in our faith with him that we can always make it through…
Advance happy anniversary baby.. there are more that i would like to say.. but i’m saving it up for the best that would come =)
